From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of hospitality and attention to detail. the ironing facilities were a godsend as I had some last-minute touch-ups to do before a business meeting. the free toiletries provided were of high quality and the washing machine in the room was a convenient bonus. the sitting area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing, and the flat-screen TV made for a cozy movie night in. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my high expectations and I cannot recommend it enough for a stay in Hong Kong.
